Expansion of photovoltaic installations

MLP Pruszków II located near the Warsaw agglomeration is one of the most popular projects in our portfolio. Very good location combined with extensive infrastructure, including, among other things the installation of PV installations encourages tenants to move their business here. At the same time, the investment maintains a very large potential for further expansion – he said Thomas Peterzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group SA

In line with the strategy of the developer ESG, PV installations are systematically built in logistics parks, thanks to which tenants can use green energy. They are installed, among others, in MLP Pruszków II and MLP Wrocław. At present, a 50 kW infrastructure has been built in each of these parks. The precision installations are just the first phase of a major PV project being implemented by MLP Group. The next step would be to upgrade them to much higher powers. Ultimately, the installation capacity at MLP Pruszków II will be 1MW, and at MLP Wrocław 0.55 MW. In all, they will produce 1,271 megawatt-hours/year, which will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 887 tons/year.
