Burger buns – recipe

  • 420 g flour
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 170 ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 25 gm butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg white

Mix the flour, yeast and sugar together in a bowl, add the milk, eggs and yolks, mix for 5 minutes, then add the butter and mix on low speed for 15 minutes. Cover the dough with a cloth and place in a warm place for about 1.5 hours, until the dough doubles in size. We beat the dough with our hands, form 8 equal rolls, cover with a cloth and cook for an hour. After this time, coat the rolls with beaten egg whites and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

  • Two slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch of hot pepper
  • teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml of white wine vinegar

Put the tomatoes, onions, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a saucepan and simmer for about 1.5 hours. After this time, add vinegar and sugar and leave for another hour. After this time, mix the sauce.

  • Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 ml of oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Lemon juice

Mix the yolks with salt and mustard, add garlic, squeezed through the juicer. Stirring all the time, add the oil until you get the desired consistency. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

  • 1 part white wine vinegar
  • 1 part of sugar

Brush the rolls with clarified butter, fry in the oven, shape the meat and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan or on the grill. At the end of frying, put cheese on the meat. We are waiting for it to melt. Mix chopped iceberg lettuce with garlic mayonnaise. We put lettuce and mayonnaise on the bottom of the roll, then transfer the meat with cheese, fry the bacon in a pan and pour it over the maple syrup and also put it on the meat, then we spread the sliced ​​tomatoes, onions and pickled cucumbers on top of the roll with tomato sauce and put them together.

Shrimp burger – recipe

  • 200 gm fresh cream
  • 2 teaspoons of wasabi
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 100gm raw shrimp
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 60 gm halloumi cheese

  • Carrots cut into julienne (pickled)

Brush the rolls with clarified butter, fry in the oven, shape the meat and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan or on the grill. Fry shrimp with hot pepper in a hot skillet. Onion Rings Burger – Recipe

  • 330 ml of beer
  • 180 gr flour
  • Salt and hot pepper
  • 300 gm finely chopped bacon
  • 1 tablespoon French mustard
  • 100 ml of white wine vinegar
  • 5 ml of Worchester sauce
  • 50 gm brown sugar
  • Two slices of cheddar cheese
  • 300gm chopped red onion
  • 50 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 50 gm brown sugar
  • tomato slices
  • A few leaves of watercress

Brush the rolls with clarified butter, fry in the oven, shape the meat and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan or on the grill. Mix the ingredients for the dough together, dip the rings in flour first, then in the dough, and fry in deep fat. Fry the chopped bacon in a pan, add sugar, vinegar and the rest of the ingredients, cook until the jam becomes thick. Simmer the chopped red onion with vinegar and sugar over low heat for about 45 minutes. Place the caramelized onions, beef with cheddar cheese, bacon jam, a few slices of olive oiled tomatoes, onion rings, and a few arugula leaves on top of the bread.
