“The song was written in Laurie Martin’s bedroom on a rainy day in London. We wrote the beginning of ‘Madness’ on the acoustic guitar while lying on Laurie’s bed. We recorded a demo on a microphone with a sock (happily clean) and put the mic in Lawrie’s closet so he wouldn’t be So much resonance! Then we sent the demo to Frank and Sam, who took the song to another level by adding sounds I would have never thought of. They gave it so much life!

Performing that with them on Ultra was amazing. I survived the first several times! First encounter with them, first in Miami and first time in Ultra. It was a great honor to debut in front of the music-loving crowd who love Frank and Sam so much. It was so nice to be a part of this world even for a few days! I can’t wait for everyone to hear this song. It’s important to me because as someone who has struggled with mental health issues, I love to sing about how difficult life can be at times. It’s amazing to have someone pull you out of the title frenzy over and over again.”

Sam Feldt took to stage and played a remake of the 2015 Robin S classic “Show Me Love,” then spotlighted his spot in 2019 in the 600 million streamed “Post Malone (feat. RANI)”.
